Version 3.0b (Client)

Version 3.0b added the following features/fixes:

- The code that judges connection issues has been made more lenient.
- The option to cancel a shutdown caused by a connection issue has been added.
- A setting that forces the client to ignore all connection issues has been added.
- A bug in the particle effect editor has been fixed (lifetime variations could cause a lifetime of 0, causing a RTE).
