Distant Ages ~ Debug Engine ~ Client 2.6b

NOTE:
Those who downloaded 2.6 already should re-download 2.6b. The server does not discriminate between 2.6 and 2.6b (it cannot tell the difference), so you will not be warned in the client that your version is outdated. The 2.6 client still works, but still has the bow-editing bug.
Download Here
Here are the Version History entries:
Quote from: Jonny on February 09, 2008, 03:11:11 pm
Version 2.6 added the following features/fixes:
-Fixed the bug that crashed the client when closing
-Fixed the bug that froze the client if you walked onto an NPC or Player from another map
-Fixed the bug that prevented you from creating a character with a sprite over number 8
-Removed some unnecessary code from the server
-Removed the pop-up message that displayed when you quit the game (this hasn't worked in awhile, so you will not notice that it is gone)
-Made the client shutdown procedure safer to make sure your account is completely logged off
-Added similar safety procedures to the server
-Fixed the server status indicator on the login page
-The bug where selecting multiple tiles with the shift key crashed the client seems to have disappeared, though I have no mention of fixing it in my dev-log
-Made it so that if you log into your account and it is logged in somewhere else, the other computer is disconnected (useful if you leave yourself logged in somewhere or if your account isn't completely logged out for some reason)
-Updated the Library Files from 1.0 to 1.1 to include Sox.ocx

Fixed in 2.6b. See the original post for the download.

Seems I can't download it. I get some error about a Javascript error in the process. Guess I'm out of luck for this version.

I think it's the website's fault, you might want to see if javascript is on when you visit the page, mediafire has alot of visual things that I would assume are made in java.

If you can't get it to work I will find a new download site.

It's worked for all the other versions, including 2.6, but this particular download is giving me troubles.

Well, here is an alternate download location:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3YYK3UM1
I hate that site because you have to wait 45 seconds and it is slow.

Even there it says "File unavailable". I really wish I hadn't deleted 2.6 while waiting for the site to load for 2.6b. I guess I'll just wait another few weeks for 3.0 to come out, it's not like I don't have enought to do already, what with AP physics and English homework every night

Don't worry, it's Firefox
And I just got the download to work, so that's that sorted out now
